Our curated network of Canadian doctors and nurse practitioners are available to virtually consult with you in three main areas – erectile dysfunction, migraines and allergies.

Is there a membership fee or cost per appointment to see a doctor?
myLEADS.ca virtual consultation services are completely free. There is no membership fee and no cost per appointment to see a doctor.

Are online doctors a reliable way to receive healthcare?
Yes they are! A virtual doctor’s appointment allows you to skip the waiting room and their long wait times and consult with our professionals from the comfort of your own home.

How do I switch my prescriptions to myLEADS.ca?
Click here [link to registration landing page] to register for an account, it takes less than 3 minutes! You can then transfer all of your prescriptions and refills to us by letting us know in our transfer form which pharmacy you currently use. We’ll do the rest.

How old do I have to be to order?
The minimum age to order is 18 years old.

How do I view the status of my order?
Click here to login and track your orders.

Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?
If an order has been placed but not filled and shipped, you may make changes to or cancel an order. You can do this by logging in to your account.

Do I need a LEADS account to place an order?
Yes. This allows us to manage your prescriptions and prescription history properly.

Where can I find my order history?
Sign in to your account and click on “order history” to view all previous orders and to track current orders.

Where do you ship?
We ship across Ontario.

How long does an order typically take to arrive at my door?
Typically, an order will take less than 24 hours from the time it is placed to arrive at your door. You can also track your order when you’re logged in to your account.

What is your return policy?
If the prescription has been filled correctly and delivered, we are not able to accept returns. If there is a missing or incorrect portion of your order, we will gladly correct and replace it.
